As most of the official hotels are already booked now, you can get more information about accommodation and reservation from Tourismusverband Bergregion Grimming:

The hotels are offered at a special price arranged through the Organizing Committee. Hotels reservations will be based on the order of registration.

• Preliminary reservations need to be made within 1st June 2011
• Final Hotel Reservation need to be made within 9th August 2011
• 100% of the hotel payment is required by 13th of August 2011.

50% of the hotel payment is required by cancellation one month before booking (30th July 2011),100% of the hotel payment is required by cancellation two weeks before booking (13th of August 2011).
